This Peru Capili coffee comes from the region Santo Domingo de la Capilla, Cutervo, Cajamarca. It is grown by various smallholder farmers. We are roasting this using a light/medium profile with notes of dark chocolate, raisin and brown sugar. This is a heavy bodied coffee that will make a great cup for any day.
