This is our first coffee from El Salvador, which is the smallest country in Central America. This coffee has a classic central american flavor profile of chocolates and nuts. The Santa Ana region is the third largest coffee producing region and comes from a community of small farming producers. This coffee is roasted to a medium profile for your enjoyment.
