This Kenya AA microlot coffee comes to us from the Tinganga Coffee Estate. The estate is a single 182 hectare estate in Kiambu County and is UTZ Kapeh and RFA, 4c, cafe practices certified. Five percent of the estate is covered with forest while another two percent is covered in grass. This coffee utilizes SL 28, SL 34 and Ruiru 11 varieties. The flavor profile is classic Kenyan with notes of bright citrus, sage and lemon-lime with a clean finish. A bold and adventurous coffee!
