It has been a very long time since we have offered a coffee from Kenya and we are excited to have this one. Tamu AB is grown and picked by smallholders and delivered to a cooperative wet mill where it is disc pulped, fully fermented and washed, and sundried on elevated drying tables. This variety of SL28, SL34 of Kent and Bourbon ancestry is from Taylor Winch Coffee and offers a classic Kenyan flavor profile. With notes of black currant, citrus and dark chocolate this coffee has a great body while still offering those wonderful citrus notes.
