Peru Minca is a fantastic coffee that comes to us from the Andes mountains of the Junin region of southcentral Peru. This is an organic coffee which is able to mature slowly at the high altitude giving it time to maximize sweetness and flavor. This washed coffee has a mild acidity and chocolate with sweet fruit notes. It is roasted to a lighter medium level and is great as a pourover, drip or espresso.
