This Honduran coffee is grown in the western region of the country. This region is known for its distinct rainy and dry seasons, which can help to produce some fantastic coffees. Farmers Silvestre Vasquez and Joel Lopez are continuously working to improve their coffee quality.  This coffee makes an excellent pourover or drip cup of coffee and an excellent espresso. This is an organic coffee and we roast it to a medium level.
