This coffee comes to us from the southeastern slopes of the Talamanca mountain range. This area is known for its abundant rivers and diverse ecosystem making it an ideal coffee growing region. This coffee is grown by the smallholders of Paramo in the Pérez Zeledón department then washed at the local mill. We think that the coffee is well rounded and able to be enjoyed in various preparation techniques. Roasted on the lighter medium side and packed with flavor!
